Encoder as 2 buttons in key-matrix

Question

Hi All,

I have all the buttons of the G1000 in a matrix. I have a button for nose up and other for nose down (by the way there are no consecutives) and when I try to assing it in the configurator, says me that I can´t put a encoder ina a matrix, Is there any way to split the encoder in two singular buttons??

Jorge,
In SImVim every parameter assigned as "encoder" can be used as two buttons, but not for matrix.
But, you have all encoders in your GPS connected to direct or multiplexer, right? Don't you have more spare inputs?
